What the data shows

  • SSCBS is the standout — its BBA-FIA (806.5) and BMS (783.4) topped the segment.
  • Beyond SSCBS, BMS at SGGSCC (770.1) and DDU (730.3) were the next strongest.
  • Business Economics offers slightly more accessible entry points at several colleges.

Who should target these courses?

These programmes suit students set on management, finance or analytics who want an applied, case-driven degree rather than the broader B.Com or the theory-heavy Economics (Hons.). Admission runs through CUET scores and CSAS allocation like other DU UG courses.

Preparation angle

The scores sit lower than top B.Com and Economics colleges, but SSCBS remains highly competitive. Quantitative aptitude, data interpretation and strong Commerce fundamentals are the levers — start building them in Class 11.

A minimum allocation score is not a guaranteed admission score or a pre-declared cut-off. It is the lowest score allocated a seat in that round, and depends on eligibility, seat availability, category, tie-breaking and later rounds. Treat these as indicative planning benchmarks, not admission advice.
