Use of the Services does not guarantee admission, rank, marks, examination performance, scholarship outcomes, or any specific academic result. Outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control, including individual effort, prior preparation, school instruction, and testing conditions.
3. AI-Assisted Content
Some explanations, recommendations, summaries, or feedback made available through the Services may be generated or assisted by automated systems or artificial intelligence, including third-party AI services. AI-powered features within ChampionsPrep are currently provided through the following third-party service(s): OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google Gemini.
Consent and AI data transmission
Where required by law, we will obtain appropriate consent before transmitting user data to external AI providers. Users will be able to disable AI-powered features through the app’s settings.
Accuracy of AI-generated content
AI outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable in a given context. Users should independently verify important concepts, formulae, and conclusions before relying on them. If you believe any AI-generated content is inaccurate or inappropriate, please contact us at support@championsprep.in.
4. Platform Availability and Accuracy
While we work to keep the Services accurate and available, we do not warrant that content will always be error-free, current, uninterrupted, secure, or compatible with every device or network environment.
5. Third-Party Services and Links
The Services may reference or link to third-party websites, payment providers, app stores, or external resources, including the third-party AI services described in Section 3 above. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties, and your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy notices.
6. Age Restrictions and Minor Users
ChampionsPrep is designed for students in Classes XI and XII (typically aged 15–18). The platform is not directed at children under the age of 13. Where required by law, users between the ages of 13 and 17 (minors) must have a parent or legal guardian consent before creating or using an account. We intend to implement additional consent steps for AI-assisted features for minor users in line with applicable requirements.

7. Limitation
This Disclaimer forms part of our Terms of Service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PRePS AI Private Limited disclaims warranties except as expressly stated and limits liability as described in the Terms.
For information on refunds, cancellations, and timelines for processing returns, please refer to our Refund Policy available on the platform. For complaints, escalations, or redressal of grievances, contact our designated Grievance Officer, Pratul Chandra (grievance@championsprep.in). Grievances are acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 15 days, in line with applicable law. This Disclaimer should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and Refund Policy, all of which are accessible from the platform’s settings and website.
