Introduction & Acceptance
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the ChampionsPrep website, mobile applications, content, features, and related services operated by PRePS AI Private Limited ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Services you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Eligibility, Parents, and Student Accounts
The Services are intended for students, parents, and guardians. Users under the age of majority must use the Services with parental or guardian consent where required by law. You are responsible for maintaining accurate registration information and for the security of your account credentials.
Account deletion
You may delete your account from within the app (Settings → Account → Delete Account). Deletion will remove your personal data within 30 days, subject to legal retention obligations (for example, transaction records). Deletion terminates access to purchased content; cancel active subscriptions before deleting to avoid further charges.
Educational Nature of the Services
ChampionsPrep provides educational content, assessments, progress tracking, and study tools. The Services support learning and do not guarantee academic outcomes, admissions, rankings, or examination results.
Purchases, Platform Billing, and Taxes
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. We offer one-time purchases, subscriptions, bundled plans, and promotions. The billing method depends on where you make the purchase (website, Google Play, or Apple App Store) and platform billing rules apply in addition to these Terms.
Subscription summary
Subscription name and scope will be shown at purchase. Period (monthly or annual), price (INR), auto-renewal status, and cancellation instructions will be shown before purchase. Auto-renewable subscriptions charge the selected payment method unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.
Refunds, Cancellations, and Access Issues
Our Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. Except as required by law or platform rules, purchases are generally non-refundable after access is granted and any cooling‑off period has elapsed. Refunds for platform purchases are subject to the platform’s processes (Google Play, Apple).
License and Intellectual Property
We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal educational purposes. All content, branding, and materials are owned or licensed by the Company and protected by intellectual property laws.
Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the Services, attempt unauthorized access, or use automation to extract content. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful material. Violations may lead to suspension or termination.
AI-Assisted Features
Some features use third-party AI services to generate explanations, feedback, or personalised recommendations. Before any user input is transmitted to an external AI provider, you will be asked to provide explicit consent. You may withdraw consent from the app’s Settings to disable AI features.
Availability, Updates, and Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services, including pricing and content. Material changes affecting paid access will be communicated where reasonably practicable.
Privacy and Data Handling
Your use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and share information in support of the Services and third‑party integrations (including AI providers where applicable).
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations, fraud, security risks, or other lawful reasons. Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided “as is” and to the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude certain liabilities. Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific Service during the preceding 12 months.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer law, courts located in Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer rights are preserved where they cannot be excluded.
