Scope

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds, reversals, cancellations, and access issues are handled for purchases made through ChampionsPrep (website, Google Play, Apple App Store). Read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Nothing in this Policy limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

General rule for website purchases

Except as required by law or a documented technical failure, website purchases of digital content are generally non-refundable once access has been granted. A limited review may be available within a 7‑day cooling‑off window when consumption is below 20% (see Section 5 for details).

Cases eligible for refund review (website)

Duplicate payments for the same product in the same session. Unauthorised transactions reported promptly with supporting details. Technical failure that materially prevented access and could not be resolved within 3 business days. Charge captured after a cancellation or order failure caused by system issues. Purchases by a minor without verified parental consent (reported within 14 days).

How to request a refund review (website)

Email support@championsprep.com and include:

  • Registered name and email
  • Transaction ID / order number
  • Date and amount charged
  • Product or subscription purchased
  • Description of issue and supporting evidence (screenshots, logs)

For failed or technically unsuccessful transactions, mark the subject as "FAILED TRANSACTION – URGENT" for fast‑track review. Confirmed failed transactions will have refunds initiated within 1 business day (T+1).

Processing and timelines (website / Razorpay)

  1. Day 0 — Refund request received & logged.
  2. Day 1 — Verification complete; refund initiated (T+1).
  3. Day 1–5 — Razorpay processes to issuing bank.
  4. Day 5+ — Credit reflects in customer account (bank dependent).

In compliance with RBI Payment Aggregator Directions, refunds for failed or duplicate transactions will be initiated within 1 business day and completed to the issuing bank within 5 business days of initiation (total maximum T+6 business days).

Google Play purchases

Google processes Google Play purchases and governs refunds. To request a refund, use the Google Play app or play.google.com/store/account → Order History. Google may approve refunds within 48 hours for new subscriptions; decisions are made by Google.

To cancel a Google Play subscription: Google Play app → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → ChampionsPrep → Cancel subscription.

Apple App Store purchases

Apple processes App Store purchases and governs refunds. Request refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com. To cancel an Apple subscription: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → select ChampionsPrep → Cancel Subscription.

Chargebacks, disputes, and escalation

You may initiate a chargeback with your card issuer if a transaction is unauthorised or erroneous. Please contact support@championsprep.com first so we can attempt resolution.

Escalation path

  1. Contact Support: support@championsprep.com (target response: 2 business days).
  2. Grievance Officer: escalate if unresolved within 5 business days (grievance@championsprep.com).
  3. RBI Ombudsman: escalate unresolved payment complaints after 30 business days.
